You can also share individual agendas with each of your direct reports, linking the educational element to performance. You can also create goals and link them to overall business goals.

From there, you can view, edit, and assign goals to your reports and check their status. Another tab shows you a skills word cloud where you can see how your team is ranking based on their courses and test scores.

The Author page has five tabs: Courses, Programs, Live Training, Surveys, and Checkpoints. You can see a list of all your courses on the first tab. When you’re ready to create a course, you can go to the author’s page and create slides that can contain images and videos as well as questions. You can also download a Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) file or Microsoft PowerPoint presentation ($ 8.25 per user per month with annual commitment to Microsoft 365 for Business).

For any course, administrators can set a deadline to complete it (either a fixed deadline or a set number of days after enrollment). You can also add an optional expiration date and award continuing education certificate or credits. For quizzes, administrators can set a minimum pass score, limit the number of attempts allowed, and choose whether or not to display the correct answer after student responses.

Then you can create a program that incorporates lessons, live training, checkpoints, and practice modules. You can set the order in which students should complete them or let them go in any order. For live training, you provide course and registration information. In the Surveys tab, admins can create company questionnaires to take the temperature of their organization and make changes based on issues that arise. Artificial Intelligence (AI) analyzes responses to engagement surveys for positive / negative and anonymous follow-up.

Finally, checkpoints are like homework where learners need to take action, like uploading a photo or video, or performing an offline activity like setting up a meeting with a manager or mentor.

The Insights section is where you get all of your reports and statistics. You can see how an individual learner is doing or view the overall status of active users, such as the team’s completion rate. Learning experience

The first time a new employee signs in to Instructure Bridge LMS, they begin the onboarding process. After creating a profile that includes their job description, their interests outside of work, the skills they have and want to develop, and the future roles they are interested in pursuing. A timeline shows what they worked on and accomplished, which you can link to a performance review.

Administrators and employees can set career goals, request a review from another team member, and schedule and set agendas for one-on-one meetings. Having all of this information in one place makes it easier to conduct a performance review. Rather than scratching your head trying to remember what you’ve accomplished in the past 6-12 months, you can see the goals you’ve set for yourself, the courses you’ve completed, the skills you’ve got. and any other information you or your supervisor has entered into Instructure Bridge LMS. Additionally, a company can capture its goals, which employees can then connect to theirs.

To take with

Instructure Bridge LMS integrates learning in the workplace and links it directly to performance reviews. Its easy-to-use user interface and AI-based recommendations are helpful. If you are a business looking for solid workplace improvement recommendations for productivity, employee engagement, and professional development, then Instructure Bridge LMS can fill this gap for you.

The bottom line

Instructure Bridge LMS is an LMS that not only provides training to employees, but ensures that learning is linked to career development.
