Ceaser Emanuel’s team says he will cooperate with Atlanta law

The team representing ‘Black Ink’ star Ceaser Emanuel said he would work with law enforcement in Atlanta and turn himself in after a warrant was issued for his arrest.

The reality TV star has been charged with animal cruelty.

The Shade Room reports that Emanuel’s attorney, Christina Gill, said this in an official statement regarding the surrender: “It has come to our attention that the South Fulton Police Department has issued an arrest warrant after that his ex-girlfriend Suzette Samuel filed an animal cruelty incident complaint regarding an unclear 2-year-old video from or around 2019 after a recent breakup.

“He [Emanuel] intends to cooperate fully with legal authorities and his attorney in bringing him justice for this incident, the official remarks continued. “We are unable to confirm or deny whether actual charges have been filed, but we are working with the authorities to find a solution as he will surrender voluntarily.”

Providing an update on animal welfare, Gill wrote: “To date both animals are thriving, happy, safe and doing well. Saddened by this situation, Ceaser wants fans to know that this is not who he is to this day.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, Ceaser sank into a state of depression after being fired by VH1 over a shocking animal abuse scandal.

Ceaser Emanuel can be seen in a video picking up a metal folding chair and hitting the dog with it. He also put the little dog in his crate and rolled him down a hill.

He commented on the event saying, “I’m not going to make excuses. I should have behaved better. But it’s not me being cruel to animals or anything like that. I am not that. What I did was a mistake, and that was just it.

His legal team issued a statement two weeks ago about his stance on the incident and his mental state, saying: “While his actions were completely inappropriate, [Ceaser] sincerely apologizes and feels extremely bad. He faces death threats that cause him fear and depression. His only goal was to build an empire to help create jobs and grow the black community in the tattoo industry as the community there is limited.

Ceaser’s ex-girlfriend Suzette Samuel took to social media to respond and called the reality star “sick” after he accused her of leaking the footage.

She said, “How did I file an animal cruelty complaint? Anything to save face! I think animal cruelty got involved, sir, once they saw the video.

According to Suzette, this is a publicity stunt to destroy her image and protect her name.

She said on social media that her ex needed help and was cheating on her for the duration of their relationship.

“Your goal was always to destroy my image if I left and that’s why I stayed so long out of fear. Finding out you were cheating all the time was enough for me to leave and you’re CRAZY! Own your own consequences and stop to put my name in s ###,” scolded Suzette Samuel.
